    The key conventions of a film trailer:-

·         Tells you who made the film and often what the producers have previously made.

·         Introduces the main characters to the audience and lets the audience relate to them.

·         The main aim of a film trailer is to make the audience want to go and see the film.

·         Typically the trailer is 2-3 minutes long.

·         Gives the audience the name of the film and when is going to be released.

·       Shows the audience where the main setting of the film is.

The key conventions of a film poster:-

·         An eye catching image or images- often related to characters (and the stars in the film) or the setting of the film.

·         The title of the film: carefully constructed in terms of font style, colour, size and placement: a lot of thought goes into the title – it is meant to be memorable, and also suggest the genre of the film.

·         A tagline for the film- which is like the catchy slogan of advertisements – offering another clue to the genre and main themes or content of the film.

·         The names of well –known or key people connected to the film. These are usually the lead actors but may also be the director of producer.

·         Critic review (for example. Empire magazine) giving their comments such as ‘an unpublishable film’

·         Details of any awards nominations or awards that the film has already won. These will be placed clearly on the poster.

·         The production blurb – information, in tiny print, that lists the production and distribution companies as well as other information.

Far cry 3 is an open world first person shooter video game, is being developed by ubisoft and it was released on the 30 of November 2012. Far cry 3 is set on a tropical island between Indian and pacific oceans. This game for who are aged 18 and over, the game is susceptible for that age because it involves a lot of violence.

This is the trailer of the game, it shows a brief of the actions that goes along in the game. it shows a group of people who decided to visit an island for their holiday, and informationally, a group of tourists took them as a hostage, one of the group survived from the action that happens and he decided to fight them as a revenge of what they did to his friend
